Precautions for plate heat exchanger storage：
Because the plate heat exchanger contains rubber gaskets, it is stored with a certain degree of particularity. Generally, it should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of rubber regulations, such as protection from light, ventilation, principle ozone, etc., and certain temperature and humidity requirements. When not in use for a long time, the gasket should be maintained to a certain degree of relaxation, so as not to cause permanent deformation. Elastic state.
The following are some of the requirements of some foreign companies for the storage of plate replacements for reference. When the equipment needs to be placed for a long time (more than 1 month) before use, in order to prevent unnecessary losses of the equipment, appropriate protective measures should be taken:
1: The equipment is best stored indoors, the indoor temperature is 15℃~20℃ (60℉~70℉), and the humidity is about 70%;
2: There should be no equipment that produces ozone in the room, such as electrodes, welding equipment, etc. Ozone has a destructive effect on many rubbers (cracking);
3: Organic volume and acid solutions cannot be stored indoors, and heat radiation and ultraviolet radiation should be avoided;
4: The equipment is best placed in the packing box before installation;
5: The metal plate is best covered with an opaque plastic film;
6: The surface of bolts should be painted with better anti-rust liquid;
7: The heat exchanger should be emptied, and according to the different media to be processed, it is recommended to clean and dry the equipment before storing it.
8: Seal the flange or the opening of the pipe, and close all other openings;
9: Take anti-rust and anti-corrosion measures on the surface of carbon steel;
10: Loosen the clamping stud and it is in a non-stretched state.
