The semi-welded plate heat exchanger is composed of plate pairs, each pair of plates is welded by laser welding along with the sealing groove. A network of contacts is formed between adjacent plates to support each other, and the stiffness of plates is obviously enhanced. The cavity of the plate pair is a channel for on medium (the side of the clean medium); A special sealing gasket ring, which is resistant to corrosion, high temperature and high pressure, is used to seal between the plate pairs to form another medium passage. The two mediums flow uniformly in opposite directions in adjacent channels, thus completing the full heat exchange process. Semi-welded plate heat exchanger can increase the pressure of welding plate to the medium in the cavity.
