  The normal outlet temperature of the boiler is around 100 ℃. If it is directly supplied to the user according to the normal output of the boiler, the temperature will be too high, and it is also easy to corrode the pipeline, which will bury a great hidden trouble for future maintenance. If the temperature is lowered, it will affect the working efficiency of the boiler, making it unable to operate with high efficiency. Therefore, the commonly used method of additional plate heat exchanger is to increase an additional heating surface in order to increase the inlet temperature of the boiler. The advantage is that water and water are exchanged, no flue gas is needed, and corrosion is not considered.

  Usually the outlet temperature of the hot water boiler is relatively high, whether it is high-temperature hot water or low-temperature hot water, it must be sent to the user end after a heat exchange, and the temperature after the well plate heat exchanger will be controlled at about 60 degrees. While cooling the concentrated hot water, the key is to overcome the impurities in the central heating pipeline, which is conducive to protecting the pipes and extending the service life.

  In the entire boiler heating system, the heat source is a boiler, the power source is a water pump, the heat exchange equipment is a plate heat exchanger, the water supply and pressure equipment is a water supply pump (with a diaphragm pressure tank), and the water tank is used for storage softening in the water treatment system The role of water. Probably the process is that the boiler generates hot water, which is transferred to the plate heat exchanger by the primary water pump, transfers the heat of the primary water to the secondary hot water, and is transferred to the user end by the secondary water pump. The softened water inside is less than the secondary system. If the primary water is short of water, it can be replenished by the primary water supply system or by the high-level water tank. This needs to be judged whether it is a pressure boiler or a normal pressure boiler.

  Generally speaking, if the plate heat exchanger is added to the boiler system, its function is equivalent to adding a feed water recirculation pump, but it is cheaper than the water pump, the operation cost is low, the capital cost is saved, and the work efficiency is improved.
